The Shift:

Who is a woman who has inspired or mentored you, and what lessons from her influence have stayed with you?

Amy:

Diane Sawyer is someone who has shown me how to seek answers within myself and to always give others the benefit of the doubt. Before entering a conversation, she encouraged me to understand where the other person sits in their own story. Her approach to listening, with such intensity and care, has been incredibly empowering. Diane reminds me to stay centered in my own truth, and to live with integrity, curiosity, and light.

The Shift:

Who are three women that inspire you?

Amy:

Diane Sawyer

My mother, Julie Mitchell
