The Shift:

What is the legacy you hope to leave behind as a changemaker and leader in your industry?

Nancy:

The legacy I hope to leave is one of access, empowerment, and lasting impact. My journey-from launching and scaling a brand to investing in and mentoring other founders-has been rooted in the belief that success should be shared. I want to ensure that the next generation of women entrepreneurs has the tools, capital, and community support to build and scale businesses on their terms. Through initiatives like the Dream Makers Founder Grant and Makers Mindset, I am aiming to break down barriers that often hold women back-whether it’s lack of funding, mentorship, or visibility. True leadership isn’t just about personal success; it’s about using your platform to create lasting change. If my work can help more women take bold risks, secure the resources they need, and bring their visions to life, then that will be the legacy I’m most proud of.
