The Shift:

What is the legacy you hope to leave behind as a changemaker and leader in your industry?

Talia:

I’m so proud of the community we’ve built at The Female Quotient—6 million women strong across 30 industries. We’ve created a space where women in business can come together at events around the world, share their stories, and lift each other up. Using our platform to celebrate remarkable women—past, present, and future—is one of the most meaningful things we do. The spaces we create IRL and online ensure women in business have a voice and a platform. Because when we amplify these stories, we show the next generation that success is possible in every industry. And that’s how real change happens.
