What does progress for women look like in your field, and what steps do you believe are necessary to keep that momentum going?

Olivia:

In the music industry, seeing women produce art that is unapologetic and daring is empowering. It’s so inspiring watching women and girls be at the helm of these massive creative projects where they call all the shots. I think it’s important for female musicians to feel safe and protected in these creative environments so they have the freedom to take risks and let their talents be recognized fully.
